Our first book club selection to expand our natural health knowledge is The Home Reference to Holistic Health and Healing by Brigitte Mars and Chrystle Fieldler.
I chose this book because I was browsing around Books A Million in Tallahassee, Florida, and it literally fell off the shelf in front of me. I looked around, no one was near me. Who am I to walk away from a book that threw itself at me?
Upon further inspection and browsing, I adore this little guide and I think it is a great addition to any natural health and healing library. The thing I like the most is not just the tips they give you, but they also tell you what to skip in their little Skip This sections. In these sections, they tell you what will exacerbate the issue you are having, as to help you avoid making the issue worse. (Great tips!!)
